FILMMAKER RETURNS TO HIS IOWA ROOTS FOR FIRST FEATURE FILM

When Mokotsi Rukundo arrived in Los Angeles in 2015, he figured his writing career was going to take off.  

"I thought I was the best writer in the world," Rukundo said. "All I needed to do was come down there, show them my ideas and boom."
